This recipe for pecan and cranberry granola is very easy to make. With just a few simple pantry ingredients, you can make your own granola that is so much healthier, tastier, and cheaper than store-bought ones!

Pecan Cranberry Granola
This pecan cranberry granola is one of my favorite granola recipes! The toasted pecans are nutty and crunchy, the dried cranberries sweet and tart. Enjoy it with your favorite nondairy milk, ice cream, or layer it with yogurt for a granola parfait.
Ingredients for Homemade Granola
In order to make the base of the granola, there are only 4 ingredients you need:
- old-fashioned oats
- oil – such as coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
- sweetener – my favorite is maple syrup
- salt
To the base, you can add you choice of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and spices.
For this pecan cranberry granola, you need the following add-ins:
- pecans
- coconut flakes
- dried cranberries
- cinnamon

How to make granola
Granola is extremely easy to make. There are only 2 simple steps:
- Mix – add all the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix to combine well.
- Bake – spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven.
How to make granola clusters
Anyone else love those yummy crunchy granola clusters? If you are partial to those large chunks in your granola, here are a few tips:
- Half way through baking, take the granola out of the oven. Use a spatula and gently press down on the granola, firmly packing it into the baking sheet.
- Once the granola is done baking, repeat the above process. Use a spatula and gently press down on the granola, firmly packing it into the baking sheet.
- Let the granola cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet. As they cool, the clusters will form.

Pecan Cranberry Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150℃/300℉. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Place all the ingredients, EXCEPT for dried cranberries, in a large bowl. Stir to coat well. Spread the mixture out onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through, stir the granola. To get clusters, use a spatula to gently press down and pack the granola into the baking sheet.
- Once golden brown, remove granola from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, transfer to a container and add the dried cranberries.
- Serve with your favorite plant-based milk, yogurt, or ice cream. Enjoy!
手作りグラノーラのレシピ
ピーカンナッツとクランベリークラノーラ
Ingredients
- オートミール 3カップ
- ピーカンナッツ、粗く刻む 1カップ
- ココナッツフレーク、無糖 1/3カップ
- メープルシロップ 1/2カップ
- ココナッツオイル 1/2カップ
- シナモンパウダー 小さじ1/3
- 塩 ひとつまみ
- ドライクランベリー 1/2カップ
Instructions
- オーブンを150℃/300℉に予熱する。天板にクッキングシートを敷く。
- ドライクランベリー以外の材料を全て大きなボウルに入れて、混ぜ合わせる。天板に広げる。
- オーブンで15分焼く。一度、取り出して軽く混ぜる。再度オーブンで10分焼く。
- 天板のまま冷ます。完全に冷めたらドライクランベリーを加える。*焼けたらすぐ、ゴムヘラで軽く押し固めると、グラノーラがくっつき美味しい固まりができます。
