Spicy Garlic Edamame

- 3 cups (approx. 250g) Edamame precooked (details on how to precook Edamame are explained in this blog)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Gochujang for substitutions, refer to Ingredient Notes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/3 tsp chili flakes adjust amount to taste
- a pinch of salt
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and cook minced garlic on medium-low heat for 2~3 minutes until fragrant. Add Gochujang, sesame seeds, and chili flakes and cook for another minute.
Add the precooked Edamame to the pan, and toss to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to combine. Taste and adjust the amount of salt to add.
Serve while hot. Enjoy!
