Roasted Cauliflower Steak
Oven-roasted cauliflower steak has a such a "meaty" texture. And the smoky spicy seasonings make this humble vegetable quite a satisfying dish.

- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 425℉/220℃.
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head, but do not trim the stem. Cut the cauliflower into 3~4 thick slices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in bowl. Brush mixture generously on both sides of the cauliflower slices.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip slices over and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
