Mango Salsa

This fresh Mango Salsa is the perfect summer sauce! It’s so deliciously juicy and refreshing, with sweet, spicy and zesty flavors. All you need are 8 simple ingredients and 15 minutes to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • a handful of fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced (if using jarred jalapeño, use 2~3 slices, minced)
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • a pinch of salt adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Add the chopped mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño and black beans to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Add lime juice and salt, and toss to combine.

  • Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to let the flavors blend. Serve as a salad, a dip for tortilla chips, or as topping for your favorite Mexican dishes like tacos and burritos. Enjoy!
