Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Garlicky, cheesy grilled asparagus. This is a super tasty side dish that can be made in 15 minutes from start to finish!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus approx. 200g
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp panko
  • 1 tbsp vegan parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Topping Suggestion

  • vegan bacon bits
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃).
  • Mix all the ingredients, except for asparagus, in a bowl. Coat the asparagus generously with the mixture.
  • Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until just tender. I served the asparagus with vegan bacon bits.
