Garlic Parmesan Asparagus
Garlicky, cheesy grilled asparagus. This is a super tasty side dish that can be made in 15 minutes from start to finish!

- 1 bunch asparagus approx. 200g
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp panko
- 1 tbsp vegan parmesan
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping Suggestion
- vegan bacon bits
- lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃).
Mix all the ingredients, except for asparagus, in a bowl. Coat the asparagus generously with the mixture.
Arrange the asparagus onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until just tender. I served the asparagus with vegan bacon bits.
