Garlic Sautéed Spinach
This is a quick, 10-minute recipe for garlic sautéed spinach. Spinach sautéed in sesame oil, garlic and Gochujang for a bit of kick! Get you daily fill of greens with this yummy, healthy side dish.

- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 250 grams spinach washed and dried
- 1/4 tsp salt add more to taste
Trim the spinach stems, and wash the leaves well. Dry in a spinner.
In a large pot or dutch oven, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic on medium heat for 1 minute. Turn heat down, and add Gochujang and salt, and cook for 30 seconds.
Add all of the spinach, and cook on medium heat until the spinach is wilted.
Plate, and garnish with sesame seeds and chili flakes (optional). Serve while warm, and ENJOY!
